Summary
I have the experience of having managed for 24 years the Finance Dept. in several countries in Latin America, Asia and U.S.A as a regional CFO or COO for Dow Chemical and Mexichem. Responsible of the finance function during three big financial crisis (Mexico 1994-95),Thailand (1998) and Venezuela (2000). And also part responsible for the global expansion of Mexichem during the period 2007-09. My expertise in Finance is concentrated in Intl. Treasury, Corporate Finance, Risk Mgmt and M&A. with strong knowledge in Controllers, HR and Investor Relations
